Carnival

A large plant named Petro Animal Feed Inc. with its research and development factory based in Philadelphia. The chairman and owner is named Martin Grainger. A ruthless man who will do anything including murder via a hit man, to protect his secret of the animal feed additive to enhance the sexual prowess of bulls. The chemical his factory is working on, is a sex enhancer for cattle. The idea being, that if the bull can perform longer, the herds will double quicker than normal, thus making him a fortune and bringing the price of beef down. He decides to send a container of the raw powder to his plant in Richmond for mixing with, and testing of the cattle feed. But unfortunately the tanker crashes on the interstate not many miles from the small town of Copperville who are preparing for their 4th of July Carnival. This is where the story starts, and through the crash a quantity of the powder is spilt and is carried by the wind towards Copperville with devastating and amusing results. The powder meant for cattle has never been tested on humans, the result is mayhem. resulting in murder after murder, as the chairman tries to keep his secret safe. But he hadn't counted on the sheriff of Copperville, who suspecting something out of the ordinary was happening to his sleepy town, sets out to investigate the strange happenings. Many things happen thereon. Graphic detail of -Sex-Lust-Humour-Rape- Murder- Corruption- But most of all a gripping story line with strong characters and plenty of dialogue. The spelling and slang are American and should appeal to a mass readership.

A Story loosely based on facts, concerning a brass box.

Tanner was plunged into unspeakable terror and horror in a time-warped zone of hell. The light from the altar seemed to bore into the top of his head and he looked up.  Mike stared up at the roof, his hypnotic trance broken. The monotonous pleading chant wafted through his ears. must give us the box. ‘You get it yourself, it’s in the car.’ The chants turned to wails of anguish. ‘Well fuck you then I won’t touch it.’ Mike was exhilarated as though he had been drinking. For the first time he felt like his old self, he looked at the altar in time to see the blonde changing. Her face was twisting pulsating from one face to another in rapid motion like a video on fast forward. He stared. The face of the bartender, the old crow, the receptionist, the waiter, then slowly at first but speeding up, the face of the priest, his kindly eyes staring at him sadly, then nothing but a robe on the altar. The sun shone again through the windows briefly illuminating the church, it’s shaft of light revealed a dark doorway behind the altar and Mike, with his arms over his head for protection from falling debris, made a dash towards it. It seemed never ending, and all Mike could do was cower and ride it out........
